Steel Cactus Recruitment are recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client based in Sheffield S36.
This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. You will be working for a well-established business within a small close-knit team.
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.50+ ph
Shift Pattern: No weekends - 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
Duties will include:
1. Manage incoming queries via telephone and email.
2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
3. Organising paper/electronic files.
4. Scanning documents.
5. Dealing with invoices.
6. Other general admin queries.
The ideal candidate:
1. Experienced Office Administrator.
2. Experience processing payables, receivables, payments etc. desirable but not essential.
3. Will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
4. Quick to learn internal systems and databases, keeping them up to date and accurate.
5. Can work well as a team but independently using own initiative.
