This is an exciting full time opportunity with the option of the role being part time (30 hpw) for an experienced candidate who may be seeking part time. Working closely with and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help develop and deliver the MEP Hire Marketing Strategy. You’ll do this through the creation and promotion of various on and offline marketing activities. Working collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, the assistant will support MEP Hire to deliver projects on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities Support, create and maintain both key digital and printed literature, signage and other related business material Work closely with internal teams both operational and commercial to deliver class leading partner-driven marketing Assist with the maintenance and development of the company’s external website Posting on and monitoring of the businesses’ social media channels Support in sending on and offline marketing campaigns Analysing the effectiveness of both on and offline campaigns Ensure the company’s internal intranet is up-to-date Manage the stock levels and ordering of promotional materials Supporting the Marketing Manager with the department budget by raising and managing purchase orders for various supplier payments What We’re Looking For You'll have a firm background in marketing communications, preferably within a business-to-business environment.
