Job Title: EMEA QMS Planner (Regulatory Services) – 12 month FTC
Reports To: EMEA QMS Planning Team Manager (Regulatory Services)
Location: Amsterdam Office Based (flexible working options available)
About the Role:
The role involves supporting the achievement of budgeted delivery targets, focusing on revenue and profitability, and ensuring client audit programs meet regulatory standards.
As a planner, you will support client expectations, maximize utilization, and promote work-life balance, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
You will work collaboratively across stakeholder networks (commercial, delivery, regulatory, technical) to ensure strong delivery performance within your territory and support other regions as needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage your territory to optimize audit delivery, coordinate auditor training, and collaborate with teams.
* Monitor and plan Medical Device audits, securing client commitment with excellent customer service.
* Maintain accurate records of planning activities using our workflow system.
* Serve as a point of contact for clients.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Maintain databases as required.
* Support pre-sales planning activities with the sales team.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting planning and manage transitions.
Qualifications for Success
* Proficiency in English, with additional European language skills preferred.
* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and complaints management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
