Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and Deputy Managers empowering and nurturing, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home - coordinating care and managing staff schedules.
3. Ensuring exceptional care by overseeing assessments, personalised care planning, and monitoring. .
4. Staying up to with the latest regulations set by the various regulatory bodies and ensure compliance and uphold the highest standard of care
5. Collaborate closely with the DASHH team to provide expert therapeutic support.
Qualifications and Experience:
6. QCF Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People specific, or equivalent.
7. Driving Licence (required)
8. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a residential care setting.
9. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Welsh legislation and regulations.
10. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
11. A genuine passion for providing person-centered care.
