We are seeking a highly motivated External Sales and Account Growth Manager to join our team at Beauparc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through door-to-door direct sales and upselling to existing customers.
The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts that meet our revenue targets. You will also be required to manage accounts following contract signings and work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be results-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet quarterly revenue targets.
