Job Description
* You will receive full and ongoing training in the role and be fully supported throughout your working day by a dedicated service centre.
* You will be working on a long-term self-employed basis.
* Day to Day Duties: Install broadband, TV services, resolve broadband faults, and optimise speed in customers' premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT.
* The successful candidate will have an interest in Telecoms, broadband, or IT.
* You will undertake shifts on a rotational basis with the option of flexible working.
* In this field-based position, you will be driving from one job to another, providing the above services with a keen focus on customer service.
* Our client is running a training course for this position lasting two weeks.
* Previous experience in the Telecoms, broadband, or IT field would be beneficial; however, an interest in these areas is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
* You need to have a full UK driver's licence with no more than 6 points and have held this for at least two years.
* You must be friendly, customer-focused, and eager to resolve customer issues.
* You must be interested in IT, broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology.
