Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Band 4 Administrator to join our dedicated Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) at The Campbell Centre, supporting the vital care and support provided to our inpatients. We're seeking a motivated professional with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll have experience in administrative roles, preferably in the NHS or mental health services, and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Shortlisting and selection will be across two separate days; 1. An online test conducted via Teams with Cameras on. This will be held on 10/3/25 at 12.30pm and will last approximately 30 minutes. 2. Main duties of the job As a key member of the Campbell Centre administration team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of administrative support. In this role, you'll take a lead in coordinating and preparing agendas for meetings, ensuring timely distribution of documentation, accurate minute-taking, and effective follow-up on action plans.
