About the Role
As a Software Implementation Specialist at Tech4, you will be responsible for supporting Product Owners and Product teams in ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured, documented, and converted into clear, well-defined work items.
You will work closely with the IT Service Management team to ensure a seamless handover of projects, providing relevant support documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting guides.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely delivery.
* Capture and translate business requirements into detailed system functional specifications.
* Liaise with Software Developers during technical design development.
* Support the Software QA team in developing System Test Specifications and co-ordinating user testing.
* Perform and support others in software testing, as needed.
* Provide process and operational support documentation.
* Communicate software development to Business colleagues.
* Assist the support team in fault finding and problem resolution with existing IT Systems.
* Contribute to IT projects as part of a team or as a team leader.
* Advise and guide users on exploiting current systems capability.

Hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in the office in Chorley (Lancashire) and the rest remote.
