We’re Quickline, and we believe everyone deserves great internet. Whoever you are, wherever you are and whatever you do online. So we’re on a mission to provide just that: lightning fast, reliable broadband that reaches the places other providers leave behind.
Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive growth in new business connections within our target markets. This role is integral to our mission of 'connecting rural communities to a world of possibilities' by expanding our reach and ensuring our services meet the needs of businesses in rural Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. 3. Engage in hands-on sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship management, negotiating, and closing deals, including pipeline management and onboarding of new partnerships.
4. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to track performance, analyse trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
5. Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role:
1. You already have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in telecommunications, broadband, or a related industry.
2. Experience in driving new business growth and achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
3. Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and developing a high-performing sales team.
4. You have proficiency in Salesforce for CRM management, sales reporting, and data analysis, and advanced Excel skills for data modeling, reporting, and sales performance analysis.
5. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the telecommunications sector, particularly in rural markets.
6. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
This is a full-time role. But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats, and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
