An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join the Fareham Community Mental Health Team. We would also be interested in applications from newly qualified practitioners, and upon completion of the Trust Preceptorship Programme and specific competencies, you will be fast-tracked to a Band 6 Post.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and provide support to people with severe and enduring mental health needs who require community support. The work is varied and interesting, and there is a strong team approach ensuring good support for the successful applicant. The role requires lone working, use of initiative, and a commitment to team working and service user empowerment. You will need to be able to work flexibly and demonstrate solid experience of the CPA process, risk assessment, and the recovery model.
Main duties of the job
1. To provide psychiatric interventions to a defined client group and their families within the East Hants area, ensuring the provision of a comprehensive service to those made most vulnerable by virtue of mental ill health.
2. To make links with the Primary Health Care teams.

Salary: £37,338 to £44,962 a year based on full-time hours.
