Join us as the Head of Cyber Programme Governance, a key role within our Customer Success unit, where you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance operational governance, strategic alignment, and service delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of an effective programme governance function across multiple delivery teams.
2. Act as a Delivery Ambassador, fostering strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and positioning yourself as a trusted security authority.
3. Coordinate and lead our customer contact strategy, ensuring seamless service delivery across all lines.
4. Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to drive positive business outcomes and continuous improvement.
5. Oversee critical programmes, managing risks and issues while ensuring alignment with NCC Group's high standards.
6. Establish and maintain a governance framework to monitor the delivery health of critical customer engagements.
7. Support the sales team in fostering client loyalty and developing new business opportunities.
8. Lead and inspire teams, cultivating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
1. Solid experience leading global managed programmes and services for blue-chip companies.
2. Cybersecurity background is desired.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication, organisation, and people management skills.
4. Proven ability to collaborate across geographical regions and multiple layers of responsibility.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
6. Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive under pressure and drive successful outcomes.
8. Expertise in creating frameworks, processes, and systems that efficiently reach organisational goals.
