Performance Improvement Manager Worcester based with a balance of home and office working £43,325 - £45,605 per year 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm Temporary position for up to 12 months We are seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to join our team based in Worcester. The role sits within Compliance which is responsible for managing the Group's compliance responsibilities which includes gas servicing and fire risk assessments, ensuring the Group's properties comply with legislation. The role of Performance Improvement Manager will include: Building, developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers to identify business needs / perform analysis to enable the implementation of effective change Supporting the production and implementation of local plans that guarantee service delivery responds to customer requirements and expectations in accordance with Customer Experience and Compliance business strategy Reviewing key business issues and consider how best to improve business performance Working closely with colleagues in relation to scoping of projects ensuring all parties have a clear understanding of their role and the information expected from them and work towards achieving the same goal Ensuring all projects are delivered in line with legislation and regulatory requirements and make appropriate recommendations at any point of a project to ensure full compliance Providing high quality, detailed information to senior management on project progress and issues to support operational planning and delivery of anticipated targets Collating lessons learned as the project progresses so that meaningful data can be provided for future projects Managing the recruitment, performance and development of quality employees to ensure that skilled people are available to meet business needs and individual accountabilities Skills and experiences: Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification is essential Experience or a qualification in statistical or management information is desirable Proven experience of undertaking statistical analysis and producing reports based on this analysis Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Experience of developing and delivering performance improvements Proven experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing solutions Some experience managing people Why work for us?
