Key Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity. Tasks include:
1. Interacting and coordinating with customers.
2. Gathering and presenting customer feedback to ensure Amazon remains competitive with a wide selection and good product information.
3. Solving challenging operational goals.
4. Maintaining records of work and tracking business workflow.
5. Escalating deviations.
6. Reporting audit results and communicating them to others within the organization.
7. Analyzing data and identifying new trends/patterns.
8. Identifying generic patterns in customer escalations and translating them into guidelines and SOPs to improve the overall escalation process.
9. Providing feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve more consistent results with high quality.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in managing brand metrics and the ability to solve customer and brand issues.
