Join us as a HR Business Partner We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join our Team based out of our Addlestone Office on a hybrid basis at least three days a week.The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting leaders, managers and employees within the UK business functions to provide people management and development advice, legal direction, support and coach on best practice HR. This is a permanent and full time role. Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with the leadership team to create and deliver strategies and plans aligned with their business strategy Responsible for the full HR cycle within their business area Day to day case management of ER cases, providing specialist advice and instruction to managers to ensure the resolution of cases Working with managers and their teams to identify individual capability levels and gaps that affect performance and ensure plans are in place for succession planning Support organisational change Provide accurate and timely HRIM and report to the business as required Roll out initiatives and training to business areas Manage relations between the UK Union and Irish Union at a local level Undertake special projects, as and when required Candidate Requirements: CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum) OR experienced HRBP with a strong track record of partnering with senior leaders in similar, UK and Ireland environment (desirable 5 years’ experience) Broad HR expertise across all aspects of the employee lifecycle – a generalist Demonstrable experience and in-depth working knowledge of UK Employment Legislation (Ireland experience desirable) Ability to support multi-site functions of geographically dispersed office and remote/field teams Demonstrable experience of working with and building excellent relationships with UK and Ireland Trade Union partners Proven experience in navigating industrial and employee relation issues Strong employment change management experience including TUPE and restructuring Solid knowledge and experience dealing with UK employee law Ability to interact with all levels and be an integral part of the operation Confident communicator – both verbal and written High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task Relationship building skills (internal and external) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with high confidentiality What’s in it for you?
