Who You Are You are qualified in Project Management, such as APMP, Prince2, P3O, MSP, or have more than 3 years' experience in complex organizations. You possess a strong understanding of business analysis and demonstrate a strategic mindset for service improvement. You are capable of working in a collaborative environment and have a passion for enabling customer and community engagement through technology and process redesign. What the Job Involves Working within the Recovery Programme of Slough Borough Council, you will enhance service delivery by identifying opportunities for improvement and leading projects within the council's recovery framework. You are expected to work in the Slough offices 2 to 3 times a week, contributing to the implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) to achieve SBC’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing processes for a streamlined customer experience, facilitating self-service technologies, improving data capture, and promoting a cohesive "One Council" approach. You will support operational leads in conducting end-to-end process reviews and redesigns, ensuring integration and alignment across council functions and processes.
