We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. From office administration and facilities management to travel coordination and cross-team collaboration, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Head of Operations, ensuring seamless office operations, supporting team members, and managing relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle office administration and supplies management.
* Coordinate travel and logistics for the team.
* Schedule meetings and events.
* Manage office facilities and equipment maintenance.
* Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Experience in office administration and vendor management.
* Proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.
* Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
