Job Overview
Reporting to the Mobile Service Manager, you will support a team of MSV Technicians by ensuring they have the correct parts, managing stock levels, and processing credits. Your responsibilities include accurately pricing parts, maintaining stock levels, and monitoring impress stock on vans. Knowledge of Kerridge is beneficial but not essential.
Requirements
* Experience as a Parts Advisor
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a customer service or sales environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role, working both on-site and from home. During the first 3 months (probation), work will be full-time in the office. From month 4 onwards, you will transition to a hybrid working pattern.
