Due to the recent contract win, we are continuing to move new service services in to our service.
We are looking for
Support Workers
to join our team.
This is a brand-new, purpose-built building to eventually house 16 service users, in their own individual flats.
We are working closely with the local authority through this transition period, and we are gradually moving service users into this new building.

About the Role:
As the successful
Support Worker
you will be working with a gentleman who has been diagnosed with Learning disability, Autism, Pica and also suffers from eczema.
You will support him in his daily activities, with all elements of personal care and support in household tasks and maintenance of house. Provision of preparing and serving nutritious meals.
Support with professional appointments and anything else our service user requires.

About Them:
Our Service user has Learning disability, Autism, Pica and also suffers from eczema.
You must be physically fit, strong minded and patient for this role. Our service user is 26 year old male, who weighs 26 stone, we are looking for Support Workers who will not be intimidated by this! He is unable to go on public transport but he owns a mobility van, that you will have access to drive to take him out.
He is very routine orientated so we need a Support Worker that can match that and support him.
He requires support with all personal care, but does not tolerate anyone in his personal space.
"Due to the nature of this contract, restraint and safety training will be provided, to be suitable for this training you MUST have a 100% fit bill of health and be able to participate in the practical elements of the course."
