Your Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 years. Your responsibilities may include:
* Creating engaging and stimulating learning environments.
* Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observing and assessing children's progress.
* Ensuring the health and safety of all children in your care.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine passion for working with children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
