Overall purpose:
To lead and manage teams in providing support and personal care to people who have physical and/or learning difficulties to live in their own homes.
To support the management team in delivering a quality service throughout Supported Living, while promoting Diverse Abilities in a positive manner and participating in community events.
You must have your own car for this role.
This role requires staff to
1. Support people with personal care
2. Responding and arranging cover for staff sickness
3. Admin duties
4. Covering shifts in service
5. Being able to respond to emergencies
6. Collecting prescriptions
