The Role:
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The Outsourcing Solutions Coordinator will work closely with team members, customers, and our sub-contracting partners to ensure all planning activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule.
What to Expect:
* Proactively contribute to the success and performance of the business by establishing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and our sub-partners.
* Liaise with customers regarding the progression of planned jobs.
* Answer all incoming calls professionally, in line with the team's SLA.
* Perform administration duties as required.
