Develop Written Protocols
Role Purpose
The Business Process Analyst and Writer will work closely with senior management to design, document, and implement key operational procedures. This role aims to enhance efficiency and empower team members by providing clear, accessible protocols, thereby reducing the need for frequent management intervention.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft comprehensive, step-by-step documentation for core business processes based on senior management’s directives.
* Ensure these documented protocols support operational consistency, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations with minimal direct oversight.
* Assess and refine existing protocols, identifying barriers to consistency and compliance.
* Standardise and optimise existing practices for better alignment across teams.
* Recommend and establish an online system for storing and accessing core operational documents.
* Organise procedures in a user-friendly, centralised format to improve accessibility.
* Conduct training sessions to ensure team members understand and adhere to newly established protocols.
* Assist with related tasks as necessary to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
* Strong documentation and copywriting skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
* Experience in process improvement or business operations
* Current enrollment in a relevant academic program
Employment Terms
* Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week
* Contract Duration: 6 months with a 4-week probation period
* Holiday Provision: 2 weeks over the 6-month contract
Location: On-site at one of our business locations

Pay: £11,440.00-£14,040.00 per year
