NEW JOB - Admin Assistant / Customer Service Executive - Brighton - paying £25k Your new company A fantastic opportunity to join a Brighton-based SME operating in the healthcare sector. Established in late 2018, this business has gone from strength to strength and has recently been awarded a new contract to further extend its reach. As a consequence, they are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support them with this expansion. Your new role Working in a team of 10, this position is a mixture of administration and customer service. You will act as the first point of contact for any inbound queries as well as managing all documentation associated with cases. Key duties include: • Dealing with inbound queries via phone• Responding to customer emails/tickets • Data entry, updating customer records and handling confidential information in line with GDPR • Uploading documents to the database • Liaising with internal stakeholders Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Hybrid working is available (1 week in, 1 week wfh). Parking is available on site. What you'll need to succeed You'll have previous administration experience, including data entry, updating internal databases/systems and responding to internal/external queries. You will also have a positive mindset with the ability to adapt to change and pick up new processes. What you'll get in return You'll receive an annual salary of £25k plus a 5% bonus, 28 days holiday and the option for hybrid work. Hours are 9am-5pm. Parking is available on site.
