HR BP Co. Antrim Belfast Salary up to £50,000 This is a unique opportunity to join one of the leaders in their field who are seeking for an HR BP to join their expanding workforce on a permanent full-time basis. This role is a pivotal role for the business and will play a key role in developing a high-performing, engaged, and satisfied workforce that aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager you will Design and implement initiatives Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Implement retention strategies that reduce turnover rates and enhance employee satisfaction Create and oversee employee assistance programs and wellness initiatives. Identify training needs across the organisation and develop learning and development programs Coach and support managers in effective people management practices and conflict resolution skills. Facilitate ongoing performance reviews and discussions Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in ROI and Northern Ireland to mitigate legal risks and maintain the organisations reputation. HR Data Management and Analytics: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to monitor and report on key workforce trends, employee satisfaction, and overall HR effectiveness. Maintain HR policies and procedures Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances Conduct employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and insights, and implement action plans Other adhoc duties About you Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a multi-site environment In-depth knowledge of employment legislation in both ROI and NI Degree educated or equivalent Skills: HR Human Resources recruitment
