Role Overview: As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons that engage and motivate students across various year groups. The role requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who can inspire students to reach their full potential in physical education and promote lifelong health and fitness habits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to students of all abilities.
* Promote the importance of physical fitness, well-being, and an active lifestyle.
* Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Organize and oversee school sports events, extracurricular activities, and competitions.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
Candidate Requirements:
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as Fully Qualified Teachers (FQTs) with relevant UK teaching experience.
* A valid DBS certificate on the update service is required.
* Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum for physical education.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
