Downpatrick Omniplex is a 9 screen site, 3 of which are fitted with fully reclining seats. We are the market leaders in cinema, with state of the art technology, ensuring our customers enjoy the best experience possible!
Responsibilities
1. Day to Day Running – Reporting to the General Manager, assisting in supervising the cinema where no two days are ever the same!
2. Customer Interaction - Ensuring our customers enjoy the best cinema experience possible in our luxury surroundings.
3. Recruitment and Retention – Assisting in recruiting and training the best people for the job.
4. Inspiring Excellence – Motivating team members to improve their skills and drive sales onsite.
5. Reporting – Assisting daily and weekly financial reporting to Head Office.
6. Promoting – Engaging with your local community to encourage a positive view of your cinema and developing bonds with surrounding schools or schemes.
7. Budgeting and Forecasting – Assisting in creating rotas and stock taking.
8. Licensing – Complying with Health and Safety legislation and local councils to retain cinema licence.
The Successful Applicant
1. Must be 18 years old or above.
2. Passionate and able to work in a fast-paced environment. At Omniplex, we take a very “hands-on” approach to all aspects of running a successful cinema!
3. Must be available to work weeknights and weekends. The right candidate should be fully flexible in their availability.
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
