You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the successful delivery of contract objectives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing teams effectively. Your leadership will ensure that all operational activities run smoothly while complying with health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in a management role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, or construction industries. Strong ability to handle complex situations, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless teamwork and client satisfaction. Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, leading teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. A full, clean driving license. Why join us?
