Janco Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Insurance Account Handler on behalf of their clients based in Halesowen, Dudley.
The Insurance Account Handler will ideally have experience in a Commercial Insurance or Motor Trade role previously.
The working days are Monday to Friday, office based to begin and a discussion about remote days can be held after the probation period has been passed.
The salary is £28,000 to £32,000 experience dependent with a bonus scheme to be discussed following probation.
Job Duties
1. Communicating with customers on a daily basis via telephone and email
2. Provide customers with relevant product information by acquiring and maintaining knowledge of Insurance products
3. Ensuring customer retention by providing a quality service
4. Liaising with Insurers to obtain new and re-broke existing quotations
5. Dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments
6. Processing new business
7. Keeping systems and software up to date and accurate with relevant information
Skills and Experience
1. Previous Insurance handling experience ideally within Commercial or Motor Trade Insurance
2. Computer literate
3. Excellent telephone manner
4. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
5. New Business Sales advantageous
6. Acturis or Open GI experience or similar software
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
