This role will be 37 hours a week, primarily based out of the Bath Head Office.

What you'll be doing
As a Lettings Coordinator, your responsibilities will include comprehensive lettings administration, from processing move-out notices to seamlessly handing over properties to new customers. You will be a point of contact for both internal and external customers, addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Collaborating closely with Lettings Negotiators and the Lettings Team, you will contribute to achieving team targets. This involves coordinating interviews, collecting references, processing payments, issuing tenancy packs, and setting up new customer accounts. Utilising our in-house case management QL system and other software tools, you will efficiently manage tasks from initiation to completion, maintaining up-to-date information.

The successful lettings coordinator will have strong administration skills and be used to working in a busy team environment. They will have the following skills and background:
* You’ll be used to working in a varied and busy administration role which means you’ll be very organised and able to multi-task. You’ll be able to prioritise your work, whilst being adaptable to changing priorities and interruptions.
* You’ll be a great communicator who is professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile for your customers and to support your team.
* You have a dedication to providing the highest levels of customer service.
* You’ll have the ability to learn new systems quickly and possibly experience of using workflows to complete tasks. You’ll have a high standard of attention to detail.
* You’ll enjoy a role that involves following a process and you’ll get satisfaction from helping our customers move to their new homes.
* At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same.
