Day-to-day of the role: Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service through in-person showroom visits and remotely. Process customer sales queries accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple enquiries through various stages of the sales process. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Review customer/architect specifications and present design and cost proposals to clients. Handle sales administration tasks to support the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar internal sales environment. Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management skills: ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and effectively collaborate within a team. Excellent administration skills.
