Client Services Advisor (Mobile Operations) Contract: 6-month fixed term contract, full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm Location: Hybrid to Sheffield, Northampton or Meriden Salary: £22,425 per annum As a Client Service Advisor at Medigold Health, you will be at the heart of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced and varied role. From scheduling clinical appointments and coordination of health surveillance programmes to handling calls and updating sensitive data, you’ll ensure our clients receive the highest standard of support. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional and timely responses to enquiries while helping to improve the overall customer experience. With training and the right tools, you’ll manage your responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail, always ensuring data is handled securely and in line with GDPR. Listening and connecting with both our customers and our internal departments to address customer’s needs, our teams are problem solvers, who constantly strive to improve the customer experience. Supporting the operational and clinical teams to ensure delivery of services within contractual agreements. Requirements for this role Previous customer service skills and experience. Proficient in handling inbound and outbound calls, listening to customers’ needs and requests providing helpful solutions to their problems. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and IT Solutions. Diary management experience. Ability to rationalise competing priorities. Confident communicator. Providing services to meet quality assurance targets. Working to and maintaining internal and external KPIs. Maintaining accurate customer service record.
