You’re an Ad Creative Designer with a keen eye for visual storytelling, passionate about creating innovative static and motion ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive ROAS. You’re a social media consumer, in tune with trends and excited to create original, engaging content. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the new wave of social media—short-form, authentic, and entertaining content. You’re skilled in crafting image and motion ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), managing multiple clients (6-8), and collaborating with high performing team members to drive high ROAS. Creative freedom excites you, and you’re committed to producing standout content.
What You’ll Do
* Design compelling image and motion ads for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok that align with specific brand voices and marketing objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to ensure your visuals complement the overall campaign narrative.
* Take initiative to propose and run with fresh ideas and concepts for creative projects, enhancing campaign effectiveness and engagement.
* Stay current with the latest design trends on social media, ensuring that creatives are optimized for each platform’s formats and requirements.
* Analyze campaign performance using platform analytics to adjust designs and maximize effectiveness.
* Maintain consistency and uphold high-quality standards across all creatives in accordance with client brand guidelines.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and refine designs based on feedback.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as an Ad Creative Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful image and motion creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Proven ability to create successful image and video creatives that drive high engagement and conversions.
* In-depth knowledge of ad formatting, sizing, and technical requirements across social media platforms.
* Familiarity with Meta analytics and other advertising performance tools to inform and enhance your creative output.
* A creative mindset with the ability to take strategic guidance and transform it into effective visual content.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
