Lunchtime Supervisor Location: Batley area (WF17) Salary: per day (FTE) Hours: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, Monday to Friday Contract: Temp, Flexible About Us Teaching Personnel support a number of friendly and welcoming primary schools across Wakefield, dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for our pupils. We are looking for a caring and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and support our children during their midday break. The Role As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will: ✅ Ensure the safety, welfare, and good conduct of pupils during lunch breaks. ✅ Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas. ✅ Encourage positive social interactions and play. ✅ Assist with setting up and clearing away lunch areas. ✅ Promote healthy eating and good table manners. ✅ Follow school policies on safeguarding and behavior management. About You We are looking for someone who: ✔️ Enjoys working with children and is patient and approachable. ✔️ Has excellent communication and teamwork skills. ✔️ Is reliable, punctual, and committed to ensuring children’s well-being. ✔️ Can manage behaviour positively and follow school policies. ✔️ Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
