In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and secure environment across multiple locations, implementing robust security protocols, and optimising operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Day to day operational management of Security Services including out of hours visits/audits
2. Ownership of schedules and deployment of cover officers including third party supplier Officers
3. Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of resources including staff and equipment
4. Compilation and management of rosters/schedules via SOC Team (and WFM/iTime) systems
5. Complete all security audits (QIRs/Site Audits) via ServiceTrac to agreed schedule/s and follow through on actions, ensuring timely reporting to senior management as required
6. Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained and improved where there is opportunity
7. Ensure Operations Performance security methods are actioned where required and processes are maintained
8. Maintain and review all relevant health and safety documentation in line with legislation and ISS compliance requirements
9. Assist with any other day-to-day responsibilities as dictated by operational circumstances and the needs of the business and the client
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
10. Previous experience of managing security contract sites, soft services or similar at cluster or area level
11. Previous experience of managing people
12. Knowledge of ISS auditing procedures
13. Knowledge of Security Guarding operations to BS:7499 standard
14. Experience of working to budgets
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
16. Excellent interpersonal skills that will allow you to influence and negotiate with clients
17. Work collaboratively with others within the function and wider business
