Job summary The paediatric and adolescent psychological service at University College London Hospitals is looking for an Assistant Psychologist with experience in neuropsychology assessment and working with children to join the Proton Beam Therapy (PBT) team. You will be part of a lively and experienced team with a strong commitment to research and creative ways of working. Main duties of the job This will include being responsible for the undertaking of neuropsychological assessments with children and young people attending UCLH for proton beam therapy. Person Specification Knowledge and Qualification Essential An upper second class honours degree or higher in Psychology Entitlement to graduate membership of British Psychological Society Good working knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications (Word and Powerpoint) Knowledge of the principles involved in cognitive assessments Desirable Further post graduate experience in relevant areas of professional psychology, paediatrics.
