Job Purpose
We have a great opportunity for a Business Administrator to join Work Management Network. As a Business Administrator, you will be part of a highly motivated team who provide administrative support to various business areas. Supporting designated senior leaders with day-to-day administration including, but not limited to, meeting co-ordination, travel bookings, supporting events and any other ad hoc administrative tasks.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Attend and record notes and actions from relevant senior leadership meetings.
* Organise business meetings, scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, managing attendee lists.
* Interact with designated senior leaders and deal with any ad hoc administration tasks.
* Support with HR and Trade Union administration – arranging meetings, collating papers, and taking meeting notes.
* Timely and accurate production of documentation.
* Support event management and co-ordination activities.
* Compilation of meeting and briefing documentation – such as agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing packs.
* Raise purchase orders.
* Liaise with Executive Secretaries to co-ordinate meetings and events.
* Support other Business Administrators when required.
* Arrange off-site meetings, travel, and accommodation for attendees.
* Support with ad hoc requests.
* Manage electronic and printed files where appropriate.
* Maintain regulatory reporting compliance.
* Process employee recognition awards.
* Attend meetings, recording notes and actions from relevant senior leadership meetings.
* Always maintain confidentiality.
