About the Role
Our Healthcare Assistants are required to cover rotational shifts. This includes earlies, lates, long days, nights and weekends. As this role is to cover a 24/7 service, we are looking for candidates who can offer some flexibility to cover nights and weekend shifts.
The main purpose of this role is to carry out high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals accessing our services.
1. Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of all clients
2. Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
3. Promote choice in the delivery of care and support
4. Enable concerns and complaints to be raised freely by the individual and their families
About You

To join us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll need:
1. An NVQ and/or QCF Level 2 qualification is highly desirable
2. Proven experience of working within a team
3. Care delivery experience an advantage
4. Good communication skills
5. Numeracy and literacy skills
6. IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email and word
