Basic Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Bonus – Realistic OTE of £70,000+

What You’ll Be Doing
* Winning new business – actively seeking and securing sales in hospitality, catering, and foodservice sectors
* Telling our story – With 30+ years of experience as a family business, we’ve delivered 25 award-winning projects and worked with dozens of Michelin-star kitchens. Sustainability is at our core—our data-led approach delivers measurable ROI. We don't just talk about our value; we prove it.
* Managing key accounts – strengthening client relationships and driving long-term success
* Providing real solutions – with 30+ years of design experience, you can rely on our leadership team to support you in a consulting approach. We ensure the brief is clear and understood, delivering solutions that add real value to our clients.

What We’re Looking For
This is not a project management role – we are looking for a dedicated sales professional. Our in-house team will handle project execution and enhance your orders, allowing you to focus solely on sales.
* A natural storyteller who can bring our brand to life
* Proven B2B sales experience – ideally in foodservice equipment, catering supplies, or a related field (experience in catering equipment projects is advantageous)
* Self-motivated, driven, and resilient – thrives on achieving and exceeding targets
* A strong network – within hospitality, catering, or food production sectors
* Excellent communication & negotiation skills – you know how to close deals
* Full UK driving license & willingness to travel
