Job Title: Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator

We have exciting opportunity for a Lettings Inventory Team Coordinator to join our award-winning team, to join our busy Brentwood Branch.
Main responsibilities of the role:
* Organising property visit appointments on behalf of our Inspection Clerks.
• To be the main point of contact for arranging property visits for our team of Inventory Clerks.
• Admin duties to include releasing deposits for Inventory Clerks once successful negotiations are completed.
• To provide vital admin support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and their team.
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service with landlords and tenants.
• Managing and responding to queries from tenants and landlords.
What will it take to be successful:
* Some previous industry experience preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Excellent organisational skills and accuracy - ensuring all appointments, meetings and deadlines are recorded accurately.
• Prioritization - Organise appointments based on their importance and urgency. Allocate time appropriately for critical tasks.
• Time Efficiency - schedule appointments with consideration for travel time and preparation time to avoid overloading the schedule.
