Job Description
3. Manage and maintain HR information systems
4. Generate accurate reports for management
5. Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR
6. Participate in HRIS upgrades and implementations
7. Provide HRIS training and support to HR and payroll teams
8. Liaise with IT department on system issues and improvements
9. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives
10. Stay updated on HRIS trends and best practices in the property industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRIS should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
12. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
13. Solid understanding of HR processes and data
14. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
15. Ability to handle confidential information
16. Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant legislations
