Female Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep - £11.60 to £12.00 per hour - Full Time: 43.4 hours per week - Part Time: 18/24/30 hours per week (Working 10am - 4pm or 11am - 5pm)
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500
**This role requires a drivers license**
Werea leading organisation dedicated toprovideexceptional care and support tochildren andadultswith complex needs associated with autism and we're looking for female Support Workers to join our amazing team in Rosendale.
Please note this role is designated for female applicants only in accordance the specific need of the individuals being supported and therefore exempt form the Equality act 2010.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendaleoffers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adultsfrom the age of 18.In themain house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. In additional to this is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale fun knows no bounds, beach days are a favourite, along with cinema trips & swimming adventures. We are always on the go - The adventure never ends!

A day in the life of working at Rosendale includes: Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
Support our people during recreational activities,outingsand community integration;
Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
Keepingaccuraterecords of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships;

Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;
Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adultsand requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
