Job Purpose
Contracts Manager to control the running of contracts on various sites and provide leadership to the site team, ensuring the Regional Director/Line manager is informed of progress at all times.
Key details:
1. Based on Southern Project - Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, North London, Cambridge
2. Running own projects up to 2/3 at a time
3. Schools/Education background
4. Car, Travel, Bonus and private health care.
Job Details:
To read, understand, convey and ensure the contract requirements/specifications of the project are met by all (including the design team).
1. All conditions/requirements are known and adhered to
2. Correspondence is issued in a timely manner as appropriate
3. EOT’s are issued as required
4. No contractual disputes are raised
5. All parties have clear direction and timescale thereto
6. Experience of contractual requirements
7. General contractual knowledge
8. Good management skills
To ensure a contract programme is produced to deadline and complied with by Site Management during the works.

4. Degree or equivalent in construction or engineering discipline

To identify potential problems, mitigate the effects thereof, establish cause of delay and instigate recovery plan or extension of time notice.
