Global Account Executive – UK Home Based – Highly Competitive Salary – Full Time, Permanent
Crawford provides a fully integrated, end-to-end property claims solution managing all aspects of the claims process from first notification of loss (FNOL) to settlement and repudiation through our third party administration specialist, Crawford TPA.
The Opportunity:
This work from home Global Account Executive position involves working within the Global Key Client Account Team, establishing, developing and managing relationships at multiple levels for an existing portfolio of clients, together with identifying and securing new business and growth opportunities.
Our client base includes Corporates, Brokers, Lloyds, MGA’s and Insurers across multiple sectors with global exposure.
What You Will Be Doing – Global Account Executive:
Working remotely, you’ll lead new and existing business relationships to ensure service delivery across our current and future client base. As a client relationship advocate, you’ll be responsible for valued delivery to our clients and their customers, from implementation and contract negotiation through to data analytics, performance planning and service results measurement against key claim outcomes and performance metrics.
Your experience in identifying and converting opportunities will be a major part of this role, as will be your awareness of compliance and corporate governance procedures to ensure every client feels confident and supported by the services Crawford offers.
You’ll work closely with other internal teams such as, finance, business intelligence and risk solutions to build robust solutions to identify and exceed client needs.
About You:
1. Previous client management experience
2. A background in an Insurance claims environment
3. A solid understanding of the UK TPA market
4. Client focussed with the ability to build strong and lasting partnerships
5. Confident working at a senior level both internally and externally, and assuming accountability for delivering on promises
6. Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills
7. Able to deliver high standard results within given time frames
8. A team player and ability to work well using own initiative
9. Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as and when appropriate
10. Exceptional organisation skills with ability to meet deadlines
11. CII / CILA qualification preferred (or progress towards)
