We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) team in London.
Profile Summary
The Analyst will be a core member of a young and growing team and will gain significant experience on a variety of Corporate Finance topics across Products, Industries, as well as Geographies, with a focus on creating and delivering high value-add Content & Corporate Finance Advice to the Banks' clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparing presentation materials as well as providing support in deal execution.
* Constructing and analysing detailed financial models (M&A, Accretion/Dilution, Sensitivity analysis).
* Performing intrinsic valuation analyses.
* Conducting industry research.
* Rating & fundamental credit analyses.
* Building relationships with peers in EM, DCM, LM, and Credit.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
* Corporate Finance experience through 1-2 years of experience in a similar function (M&A, Acquisition Finance, Corporate Finance Advisory).
* Excellent mathematical, analytical, and modelling skills.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance techniques including optimal capital structure analysis, cash flow analysis, acquisition/divestiture analysis, liquidity analysis, ratings analysis, and all comparative analysis related thereto.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Advanced proficiency with Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Refinitiv.
* University Degree.
