Role Description:
Effective management of the operational process on shift.
Managing and maintaining effective resource planning.
Engaging in continuous improvement activities ensuring input from all levels of the operation.
Reviewing and analysing operational processes to identify improvements.
To be the communication line between the site and shift.
Dealing with employee relations matters by liaising with the HR department.
