The large Property Management Department employs 10 property managers, 2 Account Assistants, an administrator and is led by our Head of Property Management. Due to the rapid growth, we are now looking for an apprentice to join the team. The Role: As a Property Management Apprentice, you will be assisting the Property Managers to deliver excellent customer service to both Landlords and tenants. You will be dealing with legal requirements, maintenance issues and finance. Key Responsibilities: Conducting inspections to monitor the conditions of the properties. Answer the phone and emails to respond to queries and provide excellent customer service. Log information into our CRM system. Respond and resolve maintenance issues as required. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, including tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and insurance. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent service delivery. Requirements: A Full, Clean UK Driving Licence to be held for more than 1 year, or have your own means of transportation A desire to Learn and excel IT literacy to a good level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a high level of attention to detail.
