About the Role We are seeking dynamic Contracts Managers, with experience in NHS contracts to join our growing Commercial team. We are open to applications from managers or experienced officers who are looking for their next role. The Contracts Managers will lead on the continued development of new and existing contracts, which continues to grow at pace. We are looking for someone who can: Develop relationships with key commissioning and contracting colleagues including ICBs, ICS’, Trusts and other appropriate stakeholder groups. Support the approval of new sites and associated accreditation process Manage arising commissioner or contracting issues and work with internal and external colleagues to seek resolution. Understand contractual KPI reports and analyse their results to ensure operational performance is consistent; manage any areas that require improvement. Attend contract review and negotiation meetings. Apply structured contract monitoring tools which encourage a proactive approach. Ensure all contract activity is assessed for commercial viability in conjunction with wider CHEC colleagues. Manage existing, in-year and new contract documentation or variations ensuring accuracy and acceptability to CHEC. Referral Monitoring – work closely with the Referrals and Booking Centre Manager and Client Relationship Team to monitor incoming referrals. Identify and investigate key areas of over or underperformance and liaise with the relevant personnel to resolve What you’ll bring to the role: Experience working with NHS contracts, either within the NHS, Dental, Pharmacy or other independent provider. Understanding of evolving NHS and commissioning landscapes.
