Job Description
Our client, a well-established leisure and hospitality business, is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to take ownership of their digital strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences through innovative campaigns and cutting-edge digital initiatives.
The role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and is based onsite 5 days a week in Doncaster. Please only apply if you can commit to this working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy: Align digital initiatives with the organisation's goals to increase engagement, sales, and brand growth across multiple platforms.
2. CRM management and optimisation: Grow the database, analyse customer behaviour, and implement strategies to improve retention, engagement, and upselling opportunities.
3. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns: Lead PPC, display, and social media initiatives to attract high-quality traffic and drive conversion rates.
4. Oversee website performance: Work with internal teams and external developers to ensure an exceptional user experience, SEO optimisation, and robust e-commerce capabilities, including cross-selling and upselling features.
