Food and Beverage Team Leader (full time, 37 hours per week)
The College is seeking to appoint a confident and motivational Food and Beverage Team Leader to support and assist both the Food Service department and the Café Bar, offering a great opportunity to both demonstrate and enhance your skills across these two areas.
We are looking for individuals with a solid understanding of food and beverage service, a passion for delivering the highest standards, and a desire to motivate the team and take responsibility for ensuring the expectations of our customers are met.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team working to deliver excellent service to students, conference guests, and visitors of Robinson College.
You will work over a 7-day working week as per the rota set by your line manager. The shifts will usually be rostered for 5 days per week.
Applicants must be flexible in their approach to both customers and the hours of work required to meet the demands of this varied and interesting position. Good communication skills are essential. Experience within food and/or beverage service, and of acting in a supervisory capacity, is essential.
