Company Description
Our production unit takes pride in offering top-tier luxury airline catering that is both elegant and sophisticated. Our team is dedicated to crafting a one-of-a-kind experience that is attractive to even the most discerning passengers. We focus on providing exceptional quality, first-class service, and an exquisite range of menu options that are sure to impress.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily tasks as outlined by the QA Supervisor and Manager.
2. Review and verify daily quality checks of goods delivered by our suppliers.
3. Check all chillers and dry stores within the production and warehouse, including FIFO, batch codes, expiry dates, and allergen segregation.
4. Perform audits across different areas of the kitchen/operation, ensuring paperwork is up to date, temperature controls are performed regularly and recorded, and compliance with cleanliness levels is maintained.
5. Support the wider QA events international team in diverse locations when necessary.
6. Supervise that all production members follow internal safety rules to avoid future incidents.
7. Submit daily reports to the Quality Assurance Supervisor regarding incidents, issues, solutions, and general information about daily production development.
Qualifications:
1. Role model ability, leading a team, with a problem-solving mentality.

3. Well-presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude.
4. Ability to champion positive change, identifying key impact areas and supporting change programmes.
5. Meticulous attention to detail, data-driven, with the ability to influence different departments.
6. Strong relationship-building skills, mentoring and motivating colleagues.
7. Clear and engaging communicator with strong written and verbal English skills.
8. Flexible thinker, making decisions efficiently and handling change effectively.
9. Understanding and working knowledge of your department, with a hands-on approach to improvement.
10. BSc in Food Science or experience in a similar role.
11. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent data management skills.
